At P.I.V. Productions (Persistence in Vision Productions), everything we do is rooted in our deep passion for live theater. Founded by author and producer Larry Olliverson, our company was created to honor the authenticity, emotion, and connection found only in live stage performances.
Larry’s journey began during his college years, where he poured his energy into producing musicals and plays across university campuses and community venues. These formative experiences sparked a lifelong dedication to the performing arts. After spending years away in the workforce, Larry returned to his artistic roots—writing and producing works that reflect his love for storytelling and live performance.

Why "Persistence in Vision"?
The name P.I.V. Productions comes from the film and theater concept of “persistence of vision”—the optical illusion that makes continuous motion possible when viewing still images. For us, it symbolizes something more: the unwavering commitment to artistic clarity, to pushing forward with creativity, and to never losing sight of the power of performance.
